Bye games... and gamers
Re: Bye games...
I seem to remember some of Ryan's earliest posts bragging about the HDTVs and other fancy hardware his family had. Just throwing that out there.
Re: Bye games...
Sorry to hear about your troubles. This economic birdshit where in is effecting everyone. I was wondering, you posted that you found MGS for GBC a while back and was wondering if you plan on selling that. If you do could you please post it so I can bid? Thank you, and again sorry to hear about your family.

You are a retard. I am now dummer from having read your post. Also, learn how to type a legible sentence. How can you know the worth of something without seeing it? You don't even know the extent of his collection, idiot. In hard times, its always better to see the glass half full. Saying something negative about someones hardships is no way to help.kingmohd84 wrote:how bad in a financial situation can you be to sell your gaming collection which I do not think can reach $2000
I don't think it can reach $1000

yes, but not necessarily in an adverse manner, those with a secure income who are not exposed to the property market will be significantly better off than before the shit hit the fan... have a little heart, all of you. Moz in particular...corn619 wrote:This economic birdshit where in is effecting everyone

Re: Bye games...
Ryan,
Do what you feel you need to do, just don't jump the gun.
Make sure you are not overreacting and selling off stuff that you will regret, or for prices you will regret.
Remember the best survival tactic is to have one, and the same thing goes for budgeting money.
My family was put in a similar situation by choice. My wife and I had our first child making her not get hired for a job and now we are down to one income. I was surprised on how much I really had and how much of it I never played/beat/fully enjoyed. Now I am playing and enjoying games in my collection (MAME Shumps and Fighters) that I probably would have just passed up to collect the next unique game mentioned on these forums.
Ryan its cool that you are helping your family, I hope my son one day does the same if needed, just make sure you have a strategy before selling everything.

Thats why I plan to keep the Saturn. My PS3 can play PS1 and 2 games, and for what games I do play on the NES and SNES there are emulators, plus there is the new Genesis collection so I can get my 16bit Sega fix from that.SpaceBooger wrote:Ryan,

Older. Not wiser.
