Irish, it all depends on how patient you are. I've seen recent auctions going anywhere from $125 - $250 (for CIB ones). I paid $200 shipped for my CIB BBA. US version, complete with all paperwork and cardboard. I overpaid and I know it. I just wanted one that day.

I'd imagine if you were patient you could get into a loose one for around $100-$125. But part of my impatience went from seeing loose BBAs selling for closer to the $200 mark. I'm not sure how long those prices will hold.

I'm not sure how the Japanese games are these days, but as far as I know the only playable games on BBA right now are Quake 3 Arena, Phantasy Star Online and Toy Racer. Unless you see yourself really committing to one of those games (or you just want a BBA) it's more worthwhile to get a reliable 56k setup going. That should have access to all the remaining online games except for Toy Racer.

So now Hucast isnt shipping outside of the US. In a effort to reduce overhead. However, it seems like they are going to try a 3rd party ( Play Asia?) to still sell their games.

Edit: Apparently Hucast has decided to reverse their decision.

I borrowed Unreal Tournament from a friend because the game is just freakin unbelievable on PC. There's just some games I can't go back to without twin sticks........

I am currently playing Bangai-O. Very fun game you can actually play in spurts if you want. Only criticism would be that your ship is pretty hard to see when the bullets are really flying.

Not a Dreamcast game but been enjoying Windjammers on the Dreamcast. It seems to run at 100% and well emulated as far as i can tell. Music sometimes freezes on some occasions.

Is that with Neo4All? Windjammers is great, I never even thought of booting it up on the DC.

Fatal Fury Real Bout is another game that runs at 100% speed. Sound is near perfect with the small exception music sometimes freezes but almost quickly resumes.
