The Sims 4 is one of the most insulting sequels I have ever seen. It's so far below what they did with Sims 3 that it almost seems like a joke. It's a complete disaster on every level and no amount of adding expansion packs can fix it.

These are just a few of the changes:

-The graphics are less detailed.

-The open world is gone (an absolutely GIGANTIC step back).

-Long loading screens for anything you want to do.

-Create a style is gone (no customizing clothes or furniture anymore).

-Most careers are gone.

-No ability to adjust the terrain (if it's not flat, you can't build not that it matters because the game doesn't allow you to create your own lots anymore either and the lots are smaller and you can only have one foundation so no detached buildings).

-No story progression (the other Sims that live in the world don't do anything off camera by themselves so the world never evolves).

-No toddlers (Sims go from baby straight to child and babies aren't even a life state anymore since they're just objects in your house that you can't remove from your house).

-Teenagers, Adults and Elders all look pretty much exactly the same.

It's like a stripped down mobile version of the Sims somehow got released as a PC game by accident. Maxis Emeryville has been shut down now so the future of this franchise is looking pretty grim.

Isn't that one of those toy games? Not into that sort of thing. :?

EDIT: Eff it. I'll probably end up buying it. My daughter runs the show here, not me.

If you do, you can always give away the online codes out here to us. I have a complete set thanks to my 12 year old brother in law being spoiled. Essentially, each figure comes with a code that unlocks the character for the game on PC (which is free to play, but you would need to either have the codes or purchase digital characters.)

There are other frozen games, but Disney still hasn't gotten how to do movie tie in games right...except for the light cycles in Tron: Battle Grids. Damn that is fun stuff!

Disney Infinity is F2P on PC? I had no idea. Does it have online multiplayer? My wife would probably love it.

Wow, yesterday was the 10 year anniversary of the PSP.

I just got my PSP fixed up and had a desire to play it for some reason, what a coincidence.

Why yes....yes it does and they offer a rotating set of 3 characters to play as in toy box mode for free. Problem is, without the codes, you won't get access to the main story modes. This applies to both Disney Infinity 1.0 and 2.0 by the way. The 2.0 stuff is a huge improvement over the original and some of the campaigns, like the Spider-Man campaign are quite entertaining.

And before that you will have to buy virtual nickels and dimes to buy everything with (and you might have to buy some virtual arms and legs too).
