Here's something interesting. The subtitle of Donkey Kong Country 2. You'd think all the time it should be "Diddy Kong's Quest", but it's really "Diddy's Kong Quest".

I... I... never realized.

It sounds like conquest. But more importantly, which Kong is it referring to? Diddy or Donkey? It's Diddy's quest to save Donkey Kong, so it's his Kong (as in Donkey) Quest. Or is it a right of passage for him, to prove himself to the Kongs? It's like a vision quest, only a kong quest.

yeah this is a bummer. I wasn't too pumped for MKX until I heard Jason and Predator were in it. So I was considering pre-ordering... but then saw that to get those characters I'd have to pay an additional $30 on top of the $60 game. No thanks.

that's crazy. I'll play the ultimate/GOTY edition at christmas/early next year.

RGT: Release dates can be so confusing when it comes to PC games. Personally I wouldn't consider something that's in Early Access or a Beta to be considered "released," but at the same time that means that something like Minecraft hasn't even been released yet. It's weird.
