Seaman is creepy and both intentionally and unintentionally full all at once. It's creepy and terrifying in the stages where the little Seamen eat their brethren. I absolutely hate that part. But there's other bits of dialogue which are absolutely great. He makes jokes about your intelligence and your mother alot. Well, that may be more offensive than anything. I dunno, I found myself laughing when I played it. Gosh, that little guy sure hated PlayStation...

Psychonauts, definitely. I've never laughed as much at a game. My wife and I still quote lines from the game and we even named one of our dogs after the main character, Raz.

The Katamari games are also pretty funny, especially if you enjoy completely zany characters and some ambiguously homoerotic humor, which of course, I do.

Katamari FTW. SUch a great game! I just got one of my friends who isnt into gaming at all to play it, and now she comes over all the time and just cant stop! Shows that good gameplay is what truly defines a game!

Psychonauts was easily one of the most genuinely funny games ever. There were also sorts of funny gags, one-liners and weird situations in that game. Also, I loved how rewarding it was to just wander the camp at certain points in the game, as you were likely to stumble onto some of the NPC chatting. It usually had no bearing on the story, but more often then not it was pretty funny.
I wanted to be a Teminator but they require you have an armored hyperalloy skeleton and mine's mostly recycled truck tires.

Has anyone mentioned the GTA series? Some of the things said on those games are really funny.

Some of the stuff I particularly enjoyed was the Easy-E clone in San Andreas, the talk radio stations, and pretty much the whole 80's styling of Vice City.

Earthbound, Bishi Bashi Special, and Broken Sword all come to mind.

The thing that makes me laugh the most when playing a game is bad dialogue. Two Worlds is a good example.
"Looks like my in-laws"
Games that have strange glitches are a fav too, but I suppose they shouldn't get credit for that.
When Niko says "Roman!" in GTA 5

The House of the Dead 1 &2 is funny as hell and Boogerman is funny also.Fatal Fury: Mark of the Wolves has spelling errors and endings are cheesy.Street Fighter 2 has funny endings too like Blanka's ending when he met his mom and said the airplane crashed above the Jungle and than she says his real name is Jimmy.Resident Evil 1 has funny lines like at the beginning when Barry asks Jill "What is it?"than she says"I don't know?" and than he says"blood".
