So what have you guys been watching lately?

No worries! I look forward to any thoughts you might want to share afterwards, or any questions you might have regarding the process as it relates to authenticity. As I say, everyone experiences it differently, so some relate and some don't, but it sure as heck is an interesting thing to discuss.

Are any of you 80's, 90's kids Rugrats fans? I'm tempted to stream the seasons from Amazon Prime -- I don't think I'm really in the market for purchasing DVDs anymore, but the thought of going through and watching some of the older cartoons seems appealing. I think seeing them now and having a more adult-like mind (relatively) might help with some of the humor that is directed more towards adults.

I always liked Rugrats back in the day, though I haven't watched any in years. I do know there is the occasional adult joke thrown into Rugrats, but not as many as some cartoons of the era.

Rugrats holds a special place in my heart for having a Passover episode.

Yeah, AQ, that was part of the catalyst and an urge to go back and watch a few episodes. I was really sad to hear of Christine Cavanaugh's death. So since it's been like 10 odd years since I last watched them, figured I'd queue it up.

Just now started taking advantage of my DVR capabilities. Watching all the prime-time series. DishNetwork has an awesome DVR prime-time TV auto record feature.
