1. Are there any computer RPG's that are an actual representation of pen and paper RPG's? Meaning, is there a computer game where instead of a sprite walking through a town, you see a paper map, and you roll dice to see how many spaces on the paper map you can move your pewter figure? I guess what I'm thinking is how we were talking about Table Top Simulator and how it is an actual representation of card games... is there RPG's like that?
2. I don't know much about pen-n-paper games. I mean I did play some D&D/etc when I was in like 5th-7th grade era, but that's about it. I don't know much about C-RPG's nor Western RPG's. Have a lot of the classic TSR/etc pen and paper campaigns been "ported" to PC by some means? Does anybody remember the Marvel pen & paper RPG game? I remember playing that one a lot as a kid. Is there some way that that game has been "ported" to PC?
3. IS THERE something like Table Top Sim for RPG's? Meaning some kind of toolbox that you can use to easily make your own p&p RPG on PC? I assume that if there is it's full of fan-made mods that reproduce the classics.
There is a thing like Table Top Simulator for RPG's and it is called Table Top Simulator!
No joke. People have uploaded custom figures and you can easily set up your own maps or download set pieces to make your own maps and make a custom RPG experience. People are already playing D&D on it as we speak! People have uploaded campaign sets and the like as well, so there is some no-mess stuff already there. You can easily import character sheets on the notepad, or even import your character sheet as a flat sheet that you can look at on the table!
I know I am beating a dead horse, but a lot of people just don't see how much can be done with this thing!

OK, that's awesome - and another reason why I will surely be buying TTS at some point this year.
BUT, I should have clarified this other part of my question: Is there such a thing like that where a single player could play through an RPG campaign?
1. Not to my knowledge
2. Many of the classic D&D campaign worlds were made into games, and if you get into Neverwinter Nights 1&2 many classic campaigns themselves have been ported. The Marvel tabletop was most likely Marvel Superheroes with its wonderfully named FASERIP stat system. Sadly the system was phased out for the SAGA based Marvel Super Heroes Adventure Game in the late 90s.
3. rolld20 is what most people I know use. Couple that with pdfs from RPGnow of most of the classic systems and campaigns, and you can have a good time.

Hmmmm, not that I know of, but I will definitely keep a look out. If you do find something like that, also let me know! I would love to check it out!

That was the goal of Neverwinter Nights CRAP. But I do not know if they finished the lofty goal.

Try the game Crimson Shroud on 3DS eShop. It might be what you're looking for. It's only like 3 hours long though unfortunately.

this looks like a brand new game?
What I'm looking for is some kind of game "template" that has mods where you could play actual classic pen-n-paper campaigns, as a single player, and using "dice rolls" just like in a P&P game rather than something like Eye Of The Beholder's first-person battles.
I'm pretty sure I'm asking for way too much, though. Haha.

Crimson shroud has the figurines, dice rolling, and a text based narrative like a tabletop RPG, but unfortunately it is a set story.
