I go to Lowe's. Holy shit these things are like $6 each! The packaging makes some bold claims about each bulb lasting 22 years and only using 72 cents per year in electricity. I get only a small handful to test them out. These things are amazing! It's like I'm seeing things in a whole new light now (literally and figuratively). Gonna go back and get some more. Probably need 20+ to finish the house.

I'm also in the process of creating a "Music Room" in the basement. When I'm done my basement will have a Play Room, Music Room, and Game Room. Does anyone ever get any work done here? No.
I got a bunch of those a while back and didn't like the hue of light they put out. Have they improved that at all? They had that "daylight" look to them, which I hate.

Funny you mention that. I bought two different types without noticing until I got home. Two of the ones I purchased are indeed "daylight." You're right, it is an odd sensation. Stuck them together down in the basement. The others all have that traditional yellow/white look. Like a "regular" bulb but superior.

Actually to get even more specific, this is what I got. Normal on top, "daylight" on bottom.

I've always wondered why everyone sees problems with e-cigs, considering they haven't really been tested by anybody yet for health effects. Unless something has come up from the last time I looked, in which case, please point me in that direction.

afaik, it's mostly just stuff tied into how nicotine is still bad for you, which is like... well yeah?

I don't smoke but I probably eat things more unhealthy than ecigs all the time

I'm pretty sure the brain told the tongue to say that.

:D Christmas is going great and it hasn't even happened yet. Got confirmation of a pay rise a few weeks back (starting January), got 2 awesome presents in my secrets santas (a Fox Amiibo from my house mate and a Nintendo eShop card from a work colleague) and I just got home from my work christmas party to find a letter from revenues and customs - with a cheque for £500 in tax returns. Merry Christmas me!

:( Girlfriends family is in the wars atm. Her grandad had a fall and broke his arm and her dad collapsed at work. Both seem on the mend now fortunately, but its kinda scary.

@AQ

Well, from what all I can tell, there isn't much assurance as to how nicotine is bad other than addiction. Not that I am promoting anything, I just get interested in stuff like this. I like cyberpunk stuff, so e-cigs and vaporizers go in line with that.
