It's called a shart, and that's definitely the face one might have.

I took my daughter to see The Nutcracker a few days ago, and it prompted me to wear my finest cufflinks:

It was OK. It was beautifully produced, but last year's performance was a bit more polished.

Still, a nice way to spend the evening. I wish we had a good live theater around here. The Nutcracker sounds like a great tradition too, sure to be cherished memories.

Most certainly. We are very lucky that Charlotte has professional ballet and opera companies. My daughter also enjoys the shows immensely, and I hope she has good memories of the production. Since my wife and I were probably overly critical of this year's show, however, we may take next year off, and come back when both of our children are old enough to attend the show. (My son is three, and there is no way he could sit through The Nutcracker right now.)

photo

Went to Disney with friends Christmas Eve, had dinner with Winnie the Pooh characters. My knee was hurting by the end of the day so I took a photo with Piglet sitting down

You look a little concerned that Piglet might try something. That's an "I'm smiling because I don't want to die" smile if I've ever seen one.

That's a "I've walked at least five miles on a twisted knee today and no amount of ibuprofen is gonna make this not hurt anymore."
