Wasn't part of the show, but Killing Floor 2 was announced for PS4.
EDIT: Street Fighter V confirmed as PS4 console exclusive, with cross play to PC. Pretty big news there, first post updated.
EDIT NUMERO DOS: Yakuza 5 coming to the west next year.
Most of this new info is coming from the Sony deal going on right now:
Shovel Knight on PSN too.

When I saw the Zelda footage I was like "Omg, Zelda does Skyrim!" The sweeping landscapes, the scale, it felt Skyrim-esque to me.
And I still can't get over that "btw, Star Fox" in the middle of the video.

For supposedly releasing BEFORE Zelda, they sure are being minimal on this one. Do the gamepad motion controls work or what? So weird, maybe they're waiting for another event for it to be the main showcase or something.MrPopo wrote:And I still can't get over that "btw, Star Fox" in the middle of the video.
All we need now is F-Zero and Metroid, and the Wii U hits God status.

Man I wish, haha. I could picture it being styled similar to Captain Toad or something.
Cool they made a cameo in the new Smash though.

I missed a trailer: there's a Godzilla game coming, where you play Godzilla and fight humans/kaiju to destroy each levels energy plant/nuclear plant. The trailer looked like Millenium era Godzilla. (IE Godzilla 2000, my favorite Godzilla era)
And am I the only one excited about Yakuza 5 coming to the west? I think thats kickass. If only we could get Kenzan.

You're not the only one excited. I just fear that Yakuza 5's release is a last ditch effort and it'll sell as well as the series can and it won't be enough for Sega and we'll never see it again here.
Re: The Game Awards 2014- Street Fighter V Announced this Mo
I want to get into the series, i heard that yakuza 3 has a video that shows everything that happens on the first two games right? I wanted to pick it up earlier but knowing that was another game in the series that wasn't translated turn me off since i don't want to start a series and won't be able to complete it.Cronozilla wrote:You're not the only one excited.
