I don't know why, but I expected better. She doesn't share the hive's opinion, let's not offer alternative viewpoints, let's just mock her! Zelda must not ever be criticized! It hurts our personal feels! <insert stupid JPG here that doesn't acknowledge that we read the posts, just that we think we got the gist> Sigh.

There's been a Zelda game less than fan-fucking-tastic....?

I understand where you're coming from. There's no point in Zelda being all huge open world just for the sake of it. It's a legitimate concern.

I still thought it looked good though myself.

I will wait until the game is released to form any opinions.

New Zelda looks awesome.

Sure the 2D games were better than anything new we'll get but whatevs. I love the 3D games as well.

Oh come now.

All forums are a hive mind. That's just the way it is.

I don't like 3D Zeldas, but I'm not going to be overly critical of a game that isn't out of development yet. Remember, all pre-release promotional footage clips are either tiny white lies or big black stodgy ones. Best to take all 'gameplay trailers' and 'first looks' with at least a grain of salt, if not a few tons.

I like the fact that the Wii U will have three "Zelda games" by the end of next year (hopefully?).

I guess the Wii had three as well, though one was Link's Crossbow Training.
