I only have one because I wanted the backlit version. Arranged for a swap with a guy on Craigslist. I think we agreed on $30 or $35. The shell looked like someone threw a screwdriver at it about a dozen times and the screen has a hair under it.

I stopped by a few pawn shops this morning. I picked up a CIB copy of The Wolf Among Us (PS3) for $10 at one shop. (I thought it was a bit unusual to see that game in a pawn shop since, to my knowledge, it was released very, very recently.) At the next pawn shop, I picked up a CIB copy of Syndicate (PS3) for $10 along with an absolutely trashed copy of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (Wii) for $3. (The game was missing its manual, it was in a shattered DVD case, and the insert had both a Gamestop sticker on it and a tear.) The disc was in pretty good shape, however; so, I took it 1/2 a mile down the road and traded it to Gamestop for a nice minty copy of Tales of Symphonia Chronicles (PS3).

Accordingly, $23 got me:

Syndicate (PS3; CIB);
Tales of Symphonia Chronicles (PS3; CIB); and
The Wolf Among Us (PS3; CIB).

I am happy with this, and since I am looking for something new to play, I might dive into The Wolf Among Us pretty soon.

So...dropped into a goodwill hoping I wouldn't find anything yesterday (maybe I should do think that more often?) and found this:

I don't know if they didn't look inside the thing or what but I found that the ps1 had frogger 2 in it when I saw it on the shelf so i thought score! Too bad it doesn't have the av or power cords(which it's apparently the second model ps1). But at least the simpsons road rage is complete and the manual seems minty so I got all that for $11 which doesn't seem bad(now if only I could figure out how to search for it's power cord on ebay and amazon, at least I already have a memory card thanks to a deal I got on that ps2 I bought...)

go back to the thrift store and look for one of these!

They aren't as common, but you can still find them. They have a yellow tipped plug and look kinda big. Also you have that 7.5v slapped on there. Good luck.

Any old AV cable can work on that PSone. As long as its sony branded. If you have a PS2, just share the av cable with the PSone.

I know I actually looked for it but didn't find it before I left(which pissed me off, but found one after some searching finally on ebay for 7.99 with free shipping). Also have my ps3 av cord which should work so :D Now i just need to find a true case to put that frogger 2 in and I'll be happy...right now it's in a weird cd case that's not like the ones where you can actually slide labels or anything in them. (honestly looking at the other ps1 model I'd rather have that but I'm going to settle for this one for now :lol: )

Edit: for the record I found a adapter at my house that somehow fits and it looks like the thing does turn on and output so that's a good sign(just not leaving it plugged in and pushing it since the thing that was hooked up is a 18.5v hp laptop cord which is odd that it fits and i'm not taking any chances on that and something going wrong)
