wonder if it's compatible?

this is great news. I grabbed the stick for under $10 at a yard sale this past Summer with the intention that it looked like a really solid piece of hardware that most likely would work on PC (as most 360 controllers do). Looks like it was a good plan.FerretGamer wrote:You should give it a shot since it's USB. Edit: I found this regarding the AC6 Flight Stick. http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/t ... tick_on_PC
I'd be trying the GOG version - which I thought was a Windows re-release?MrPopo wrote:You might run into issues if you try the DOS version; it'd be more likely to work on the Windows version. I've got two joysticks myself: a Microsoft Force Feedback 2 for older games and a Saitek X-55 for modern sims.
It has both versions.noiseredux wrote:I'd be trying the GOG version - which I thought was a Windows re-release?MrPopo wrote:You might run into issues if you try the DOS version; it'd be more likely to work on the Windows version. When you buy you'll see two entries in your shelf: X-Wing 1994 & X-Wing 1998. The first is the DOS original and the second is the Windows re-release which was done on the XvT engine.fastbilly1 wrote:It has both versions.noiseredux wrote:I'd be trying the GOG version - which I thought was a Windows re-release?MrPopo wrote:You might run into issues if you try the DOS version; it'd be more likely to work on the Windows version. This generation is stunning, its hard to believe how good the games are on the PS3 today and think this was released in 2007. To put things in perspective, my first generation 360 did not have Wifi or HDMI cable. Something we take for granted today, even refrigerators got wifi.ZeroAX wrote:I'm not saying that it can't, and I truly believe it deserves to, but since the PS3 and PS4 are much closer in price than the PS2 and PS3 were when the PS3 launched, I don't know if we'll see that happen. Though it will get very close.dsheinem wrote: The PS3 will most likely become the highest selling console of its era very soon.
....wow, it's amazing to think, but this generation was the most succesful ever. Almost 300 million consoles sold and each of the big 3 almost had an equal share of the pie.
Another update today. One of them increased the dead zone. Seems to be back at what it was before, so my control woes are gone now.fastbilly1 wrote:Did they fix the input issues? Most of my friends are having controller problems with it.Hobie-wan wrote:Yay Risk of Rain update.
Two new unlockable characters, way more screen resolution options which also fixed my issue with the item log, monster log, and in game inventory from being all bunched up and too big, and supposedly the no sound bug is fixed.
Nice! Will definitely check this out.TSTR wrote:Try that Falling Skies game. noise seems to like it.Gooseberrysoda wrote:wrackin' the web trying to find a game with the same appeal/accessibility/playstyle as XCOM: Enemy unknown
