Off the top of my head the only other upcoming exclusive is Tomb Raider. Of course it is timed.
Why no interest in halo? Not really into the series?

Sunset Overdrive seems like an awesome game ... if you have people to play with. No Tomb Raider love? It did not feel as shooty as Uncharted and I enjoyed the story. Similar stories were done before Uncharted in movies, books and all kinds of media. They all stole elements but I think the Tomb Raider execution was really great. You sure you just do not like a strong female lead? The Tomb Raider reboot was one of my favourite games last year. In fact, I'd say it was my second favourite game, beat only by The Last of Us.

I thought the Tomb Raider reboot was top quality as well.
