What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

 - so apparently the light i ordered on ebay got lost in transit and was returned to sender

8) - seller redeemed it to some extent, they're going to ship it back out and even offered a partial refund....some ebay sellers redeem my faith in humanity just for a little bit longer sometimes :D

Damn I have opened one big can of worms  . Needless to say explaining family issues is extremely hard here since we have a massive variety of people here from all walks of life.

In my case to put it simply my family is my top priority. We moved a lot when I was younger and I've never really made any long term friends outside of my family. So I am highly defensive of them and do everything in my power to try and keep everyone happy. However my Father drives me insane I have never been able to figure him out and his actions have been the root of a lot of family issues. He is very distant and just never seems satisfied with what he has.

Over the years things have gotten increasingly worse and now are pretty much at the breaking point. My mother has moved out and I really don't want to leave my brother alone in the house with my father. I don't believe the result of leaving those two together would be very positive since both can be pretty unstable emotionally and there are some 20+ guns here. I'm hoping to find a job locally so I can kind of hold things together here at least until my brother graduates in two years.

:( - Blizzard is dumb and to change the name on my Battle.net account, I first have to get it done legally, show them the paperwork, and a new ID. Thats just overkill and dumb. Fine, I didn't wanna buy your new expansion anyways >:(

Don't you think that, for the security of your account, you should have to show some kind of legal ID to get it changed? Otherwise, pretty much anyone could claim your account if they were able to steal your passwords and what not, right?

I can change my email, my password, my physical address, and my credit card info without jumping through hoops. There shouldn't be an issue with changing my IRL name. Its not even my full legal name, I just put my last initial and a shortened version of my legal first name.

Since moving I have been looking for a small bookcase that will fix inside the built in wardrobe in my "study". On the way home today, about 30 mins walk from my house I spoted this little number and carried it home through the rain. Worth it!

They do that to combat account selling. One could sell an account to another and they claim name change.

Steam also doesn't allow you to change your login name either.

I don't care about that. I care about the legal name tied to my account.
