That's been going on for years now. No Will Smith, so I'm out.

GOOD MORNING VIETNAM

Always gets me misty eyed.
I'm going to watch that as soon as I can figure out how to shoot my laptop up to my roku as per my dad's recommendation. There's just way to much of RW that I haven't seen that bugs me...

A Robin Williams "hidden gem" is MOSCOW ON THE HUDSON. It might also include his only sex scene. In short, Williams plays a Russian performer who defects while in NY. Lots of laughs an emotion.

Funny thing is, I'm probably in a minority but I enjoyed that movie. It's pretty decent compared to some movies I've seen. I'll probably end up purchasing it on itunes or something if I can find it

For that price, why not just buy the DVD or Blu-Ray? That people pay real money for digital copies of movies continues to blow my mind.

Funny thing is, compared to walmart and target(not even going to check amazon because the price is probably ruined by shipping or something like it always is) it's not much cheaper(what a shocker  )...

Superman destroying a city and causing the loss of thousands of lives then reminding the military he is a god and there's nothing they can do about it.

And usually, not always, but usually when you buy the Blu-Ray you also get the DVD and a digital copy.

I believe 12 Years a Slave is a horror film. That's not to say that it isn't a historically accurate portrayal of slavery. But it is also a very deep look at the horrors human beings can so easily inflict on one another, particularly when someone has been dehumanized to the extent that black slaves were in the pre-Civil War South. I will say, everyone in the film gave an excellent and believable performance, and it's a brutal film, but not one that ever moves into flat out exploitation the way torture films like Hostel so easily do.

Haha, I love the narrator. This film is quite good for the most part, with wonderful work on the part of the cast, but there are times where the plot just feels rushed, and the ending feels absurdly tacked on. For the most part it's a solid drama.

I saw it in theaters, and I will likely see the home release which will have an R-rating. This is not a good movie, but it was still entertaining, and Antonio Banderas' performance alone is worth watching the movie for. Mel Gibson also does excellent work, as does Wesley Snipes. But taking out Terry Crews for most of the film was upsetting, as I love him in this series. The four newcomers...not so much. I hope they get better with time, but their acting could be flat out atrocious at times.

Apparently they're already discussing a fourth film. I look forward to seeing who gets cast in it.

I liked Ronda Rowsey's fight scenes because they seemed more like real fighting, rather than some of the "girl fight" fighting that can happen in movies with the female characters. Then I looked up her Wikipedia page and discovered she can kick my ass six ways from Sunday, which explains the quality of the fight scenes.
