Welcome home and congratulations. I'm thinking William Wallace for a boy or Merida for a girl.

Smile: I went on a road trip with my best friend to the Galloping Ghost Arcade the other day. We had one goal that we had to accomplish: Beat Ninja Baseball Bat Man. We did just that. :D We also played a bunch of the other cabinets, too. I got to play Samurai Shodown VI for the first time, and that was a lot of fun! We spent about 5-6 hours there, and had a splendid time. I also found these in the window of their shop room: Image

Frown: I was over at my boyfriend's house a few days ago, and it was the first time I met his parents... Apparently, they don't approve of our relationship. Long story short, they overreacted and told him they were going to kick him out of the house by the end of the year. I think there are some other things going on between them, but it's a horrible turn of events. I'm trying to comfort him and help him find another place in town until then. If my parents weren't moving and if I wasn't heading out to school in 2 weeks, I would offer to let him stay over here.

Way to go Adam!

Sorry to hear about your woes Lisa.

Smile: My cousin will be teaching comedy classes at the world famous Second City in Chicago. So happy for her.

Also, going on a date this afternoon. Taking the lady out for lunch, followed by a matinee. That means I'll be seeing Guardians again as she really wants to see it.

And I thought I didn't make sense at times.
I don't understand either. He was saying he had cancer, and everyone was believing him, but someone talking to his family found that he might have been lying. I'm not really sure yet what all this means, but with everything else my head is so full of confusing crap right now I can hardly think straight.

You should get cancer for lying about having cancer.

Confused: Someone wants to hire me, but when I asked for a job description I got this email:

Luke, I am meeting with the *deleted* management staff tomorrow at noon for our weekly meeting. *Deleted* has been a very unorganized and inefficient company for a very long time. They have not had policies, job descriptions, audits, etc. You name it, they didn’t do it. I have just had employees write job descriptions for themselves for my review. I do not have one to send to you. I think we just need to sit down and talk about what we are trying to do and what and whom we need to get us there. If you are comfortable with that, I am going to talk to the general manager tomorrow about setting up a time for us to meet at *deleted*. We can tell you what the previous sales person did with the original company, but that isn’t necessarily what we need. We need some creative and motivated people to help us out! Are you still interested?

Told her I was interested, but that I need some clarification beyond "creative and motivated". I suggested we speak over the phone before I take a job that may require me to move.

It's a big no-no to talk turkey, but I don't know if this is even a salaried position and Daddy needs a new pair of shoes.

Smile: Had a great lunch and about to be off to the theater.

That really sucks, pal :( Hope that things turn out all right for you and your boyfriend.
