I didn't doubt it would, but yay the US Arkanoid DS cart popped right up and recognized the J paddle.

How is Arkanoid: Doh it again for the SNES? I've always been a breakout fan so was curious.

Yeah, early 3D platformers are one of my least favorite things. They're more frustrating than fun and usually quite ugly.KalessinDB wrote:Wasn't a fan of either N64 'vania, but I'm not a fan of most early 3d nonsense. Really until late-PS1 era I didn't feel 3d hit its stride.

It is pretty fun. If you are a breakout fan, it is a must-have SNES game. (It even supports the SNES mouse for more accurate controls.)retrosportsgamer wrote:How is Arkanoid: Doh it again for the SNES? I've always been a breakout fan so was curious.
Also, you may have seen me write about it in the games beaten thread, but if you are a breakout fan, then you must play Nervous Brickdown (NDS). It is boss.

Yeah...it's awesome. (Better still, a copy of the game should only cost you a few dollars.)retrosportsgamer wrote:defintely am interested in the NDS title

Did you know that - with a cheat device - you can use the Arkanoid paddle in Mario Kart DS?Hobie-wan wrote:I didn't doubt it would, but yay the US Arkanoid DS cart popped right up and recognized the J paddle.

Unfortunately, I don't think these will be working consoles, based on the prototype image.
