Is it Doom? I can't imagine what other game it could be, thoughts?
Atari ST, Atari 2600, Commodore 64, Master System, NES, Mega Drive, 32X, SNES, Amiga CD32, Atari Jaguar, Saturn, Playstation, N64, Dreamcast, Playstation 2, Gamecube, Xbox360, Wii

Gamegear, Lynx, Gameboy (100s of the bloody things), Game & Watches (coming out of my ears)

I would guess that it is Tetris.

myst comes to mind.

i wouldn't even count tetris since there are so many different versions of it, and they're not just straight "ports" of the exact same title.
