I think it's healthier than the vast majority of fast food shacks but still I'm sure it's not good to eat nothing but Subway day in day out. Same as any other fast food.

Being vegetarian severely limits my options for any kind of 'fast food'. Veggies are poorly catered for in this country unless you live in Soho, London. Everybody assumes you eat meat, if you go to a restaurant and say you are vegetarian your options are invariably 'salad', 'pasta' or fish... I missed the meeting when fish was renamed as a vegetable.

Fast food is great. . . but for the most part I stay away from the chains. I never eat at Mcdonalds and burger king rarely. If I do go to a chain it's Wendy's or KFC. Of the smaller chains, Sonic and Checkers. Then there's 5 guys burgers which is expanding pretty quickly and is made with really good ingredients (no soy or crushed up insects in their burgers, just cow, and their fries are made from potatoes. . . and potatoes). Places like that are the future imo. Even when places like McDonalds or bk try to strike back with natural stuff nobody's gonna believe them. . . too much chemically produced crap for too long.

Umm, BK? I don't really care for it, but I got to eat.

What makes them so good? There's one right by my work. I never even noticed the place til I looked it up.

I've never understood the draw of chick fil-a. I lived in texas for 2 years which is the first time I came across it and never ate there once. After a year in georgia I finally went there after having a coupon or something. I was underwhelmed. I've gone there a couple times since then because the shakes are about as good as they are anywhere else. But I'd rather get a chicken sandwich from wendy's or kfc. Not a fan of the waffle fries either. . .

i second that Chik-Fil-a needs to be open on sundays. i rarely ever get a craving for their food, but when i do it always seems to be Sunday. In this society its good to have values, but being closed on Sunday is a bad business decision.
When I first ate there I loved the waffle fries, but now I really think they are pretty mediocre
