Got on the board today with some decent finds.

Toys R Us:
Epic Mickey 2 - $5.00 New (I like to keep complete series on the same platform)

GameStop (all complete):
Wario Land: Shake It - $8.99
Bust-a-move Bash! - $1.79
MLB Power Pros 2008 - $2.69
Boom Blox - $3.59
Sambo De Amigo - $0.89

Wario Land: Shake it! For wii is a fantastic 2D platformer. It's not exactly new or innovative. Rather, this is a product of twenty-five years of platformer refinement. I like this game even more then New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

Agreed. I have not yet played through DKCR, but IMO, Wario Land: Shake It! is the best 2D platformer on the Wii.

Wow - really cool pick-up in that case. High praise, glad it's in my collection.

Honestly, I was lukewarn about it the first time I tried it. I completed it earlier this year, however, and absolutely loved it.

Haha, I felt the same way. I didn't really care for it my first time playing it. However, Kirby's Epic Yarn made me want to revisit it and I really enjoyed it the second time around.

Fritz Chess still makes no sense to me in terms of its value.

These games are neither rare nor valuable (nor, from what I have read, good), but I picked them up from local Gamestops the other day:

Chicken Riot
George of the Jungle Search for the Secret
Martian Panic
Pirate Blast
Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz
Wild West Shootout

I am now only three games away from completing my "Wii Rail Shooters" collection. (I still need Dino Strike, Gunslingers, and Samurai Warriors Katana.)

Also, GameStop is once again doing a B2G1 sale on pre-owned Wii games; so, go get 'em!

Is there a comprehensive list anywhere of the Wii rail shooters? I enjoy that genre a good bit.

I dont' think so...If I go through my collection, however, I can probably put one together. I'll try to do that this weekend. (The list will not include the various Wii "shooting gallery" games. There are a ton of those, and I have no interest in trying to collect them all.)

.....

I am likewise looking for a list of Wii 2D/2.5D platformers. I keep thinking that I have most of them, but I also keep discovering new ones! It is very frustrating.
