:D - found my civilization II disc(I've no clue what happened to the case i had it in originally if it's even still around). Now all i need to do is find a keyboard and hope my hp xt 963 will last me a good while even just using it for old xp games and maybe older(I really want to build a computer in a small case that has at least 4gb of ram and a better processor than this thing has...even 4gb of ram would be a huge upgrade but it doesn't support that).

 - probably going to have to buy a new cord for my vita unless I can find my spare I had gotten with a accessory kit...had the thing charging and for some odd reason forgot to set it on the floor, so somehow knocked it off the bed and it broke into 3 or 4 different pieces *sigh*
My gameroom
My systems: NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, original gba, gba sp(001), ds lite, 3ds, vita, psp, PSone(101 model) ps2, ps3(320gb model), ps4, retron 5, and Dreamcast.

eBay :P : Once again having some fun with a piss poor buyer. Have a buyer who left me negative feedback over a month after the sale. States "I did not utilize the paypal, I could not get my refund in a timely manner". Had evidence proving that both points were false. For one thing the purchase was through Paypal have the transaction info to prove it. Two I offered her multiple refunds through eBay messages and I even walked her through the process of opening a return through eBay. Yet she never opened a case or responded to my last contact in which I once again offered a full refund if her item still was not working.

Contacted her again to make sure it wasn't a mistake and never got a response.

So I jumped on Customer support hoping for some of the Seller Protection that they always speak so highly off  . False statements in feedback are fine as long as they aren't trying to extort you.

Options I was Given:

1. Continue begging the scum ball to return the item or simply give her a full refund out of the goodness of your heart and let her keep the item :). Offering money to get false feedback removed hmm you know what that sounds like... EXTORTION.

2. Report the Buyer and their automated system might eventually act against their account if they screw over another 4-5 guys, but the feedback will remain as well as the nice big Defect which knocks me out of Top Rated Seller status come August :P.

Took 3 Calls to get that answer the first two calls ended up oversees and the reps simply put me on hold then disconnected about 10 minutes later :P.

 : At least the last rep did give me the persons phone number lets she how she ignores me now :).

First I'm messaging her again offering her a refund in return for the item. I'm hoping the fact that I now have her personal phone number gets her off her lazy ass now. Secretly I'm wishing that she threatens me now so I can expose her for the lousy buyer she is and actually have eBay do something for once.

After my current listings end I'm thinking about trying out Game Gavel or simply going back to private sales threads. This is supposed to be a fun little hobby and I do my best to serve my customers. However eBay has an abundance of bad buyers and little to no seller protection. I shit you not when I say any buyer can get away with stealing on there they simply have to be smart about it or keep your fraudulent claims low. Best part is a Buyer can never have under 100% positive feedback so you never know who you are dealing with :P.

Did you go give it to Weird Ed? Save beforehand, but his reaction is priceless.

:) Buyin' a house! Seller accepted our offer, home inspection is on Friday.
:) This place has a kickass finished basement. Perfect place to have a retro gaming nook + a play area for my daughter.
:) It's located 1.6 miles from this house. This is gonna be an easy move.

:( It's (debatably) a downgrade from the house I'm currently renting. It's quite a bit smaller though it makes much more efficient use of the space it has.
:( I'm going to be living super-close to my in-laws, who will be moving into the house I currently inhabit. Argh.

:? Got terminated from my position today. Not a huge deal, since I haven't worked in almost a year (been on various types of leave). Still, it feels weird getting let go.

Congratulations! Owning a house is a lot of work, but having your own place is awesome. I know I won't be able to see it this visit, but I can't wait to see your Ys-themed game room the time after that.

Uh-oh...

I love my parents and my in-laws, but I would never want to live less than 1 1/2 hours away from either of them. With a baby in the house, I expect that you and Mrs. Bone are going to have to set some serious limits (on them...not the baby).

That said, you will have easy access to babysitting services, and I expect that your social life will improve tremendously.
