I finished Phantom Hourglass a few years ago. Overall I liked it better than Wind Waker (caveat I hate WW), but that Temple Of The Ocean King mess in PH was just not a good idea. Haven't played Okamiden yet, but it looks excellent indeed.

That was my favorite part! (As I said, however, I understand why some people might not have liked it.)

Also, you should definitely play Okamiden if you like Zelda games. It is great. Also - and again if you have not done so - you should play Okami. It starts out slow, but IMO, it is the best 3D "Zelda" game (and as a result, one of the very best games in any genre).

I played Okami on PS2 many years ago. I was mightily impressed with its aesthetics, and its control interface, and its overall innovations. I put about 20 hours into it, and then I just got worn out. The pacing got to be pretty bad. I think Okami is a great 20 hour game, unfortunately stretched out too thin into an increasingly banal 40 hour one. However I plan to give the game another chance someday though, maybe it'll capture my attention better than before. I was going through a terrible breakup during the time I was playing it, and that might have hindered the experience for sure.

Started up Castlevania: Curse of Darkness on the xbox earlier. It goes for a decent amount these days and I was going to beat it and sell it but I'm really liking it, so I might keep hold of it. It's quite easy and the graphics are muddy but it's enjoyable. It has really good voice acting as well.

Have you (or anyone else) played Lament of Innocence? I've heard some good things and some bad a bit like Curse O'Darkness.

Lament Of Innocence is pretty decent. From a gameplay perspective it's solid enough, though it gets a bit monotonous at times. I'd give it a 7/10. Best 3D Castlevania I've played at least.

Thanks. Lament of Innocence and Curse of Darkness are kind of oddities in the 'Vania franchise. Not much about them online. I am enjoying Curse so I will probably check out Innocence one day.
