Nearing the end of SF III sc. 2. Got Penko. Level 1. Everyone else is 8 to 10 (promoted). He's useless. What's the point? Same with Zero. I feel a strange compulsion to spend hours leveling up these stinkers 'cause it might be cool in sc. 3.

As far as I know the first two penguins are the Jogurts of the game, though recruiting both lets you get the third penguin who is a Jogurt that can cast magic.

I'm midway through disc 2 myself. The game is actually shorter than I was expecting; it seems like a lot of the disc space was spent on the movies for spell effects.
