Sir, I recommend you seek help for what is obviously a dangerous crack addiction.

I enjoyed the 3 movies all to differing degrees, but just thought the animated was a pointless mess. You do collect bad games though. Hmmmm.

FTFM(e)

It was, IMO, a relatively solid animated short from the creator of Aeon Flux and featuring the star of my favorite, puply, guilty-pleasure science fiction series. There is no accounting for taste, but since it has a 6.7 IMDB rating, I am apparently not the only one who liked it...

That said, it does not hold a candle to Bebe's Kids...the movie or the SNES game.

Has a nice selection of codes the best of which in my opinion is the unlock all NES games on Animal Cross :). Plus with the free loader option I can play imports now :). Glad I picked it up well worth the $3 I paid :).
The JFJ has a Gamecube attachment?? Damn, did not know. I just sandwiched an old sports game between the GCN game and the holder LOL.

Ok, I had no idea these existed. So, I will be buying one. Have either of you had an issue fixing a disk as long as the artwork on the top was in good shape? I would be worried about sanding too much off the disk and then have it be unplayable.

The sanding pad doesn't actually take off to much so you can go through a cycle quite a few times without damaging it. I think I ran my copy of Prison Break on the 360 through it about 5-6 times before it finally started playing properly :P. Only game I have ever ruined was Street Figther vs. Marvel but it was beyond saving in the first place had a bad gash on the edge of the disc :P. Unless the scratches are deep usually 1 cycle will get the disc looking like new. Deeper scratches can take 2-3 cycles. I would say you start hitting the danger zone around 5 cycles the disc starts getting thin and sometimes the center of the disc will start cracking from the repeated stress.

Only the JFJ Easy Pro Plus+ version can swap out the disc plates as far as I know. Its the one pictured in the link below don't think they even sell the standard easy pro anymore.

Used to be you could buy a separate metal plate for mini disc through their site for around $15. They seem to have swapped over to some plastic setup now though  . You also have to buy thinner pads for buffing and sanding since the standard pads put to much stress on the disc. Although I figured out you can use the standard buffing pads once they have been worn down so I usually save those once they start getting thinner.

Edit:
Damage to the artwork doesn't necessarily mean a game is unplayable as long as the data layer doesn't appear warped or scratched at the affected spot it's usually fine.

Edit: Dad was cleaning out the truck which he just got and found a copy of Super Mario 64 DS in the pocket behind the drivers seat :).

this is only true with DVDs, not with CDs (PSone, Saturn, etc) as those are pretty much fucked if the top layer is scratched. DVDs use a different layering process when manufactured so a scratch on the top isn't going to ruin a DVD like it would a CD.

Had some like this unfortunately. Would it also ruin it if it was outside the data layer? Does a player/system need to see it as a whole? Never had the chance to test this.

@Fragems: Thanks for the info. I'm pretty sure I'm going to try to get one soon.

@girlracer: You got a bunch of awesome new games. I'm turbo jealous of the Pokemon X & Y for such a great price. But, really I want all the games you bought, with the exception of NFS: Rivals because I already have it 8)

@Aaron: I didn't know that, I thought all disk based media used to artwork layer to reflect the laser back down and if that reflective layer was damaged the disk was ruined. Good to know!

Wow, nice find! Was it only $1.00?
It was. 8)

It was in a CD holder with a bunch of bad music. I thought I saw a Dreamcast logo and when I pulled it out I knew I must have hit a jackpot even though I had never heard of this Fatal Fury game, I know that Garou: Mark of the Wolves is a really expensive AES game so it must have had some serious value just as a Dreamcast game.

It's also complete even with the registration card and there is no scratches, it looks unplayed. I'm going to clean it up though, the outside is dirty from that holder.
That's exactly how I find all my dreamcast games lol.
