I went to the return the broken SNES and there was another guy working who tried to assure me that they come with a broken power jack. I argued against him and he said that he would call in the owner who sold it to me. So me and my girlfriend wander around for 20 minutes looking for some other junk to buy since I assumed it was a simple mix up. The owner comes in and asks to see my SNES. He says that he could have swore the SNES was in better condition when I left. I immediately realize that this is going to end badly because he's already making up lies to get out of giving me my money back.
So he goes to look for another SNES and he finds one. Problem is, it also had a broken power jack! So I say "See, this one is broken just the like the one you sold me is.". We walk to the front of the store and he tried to plug the power supply into it and it falls out. He accuses me of swapping the consoles for a broken one. Surprised, I say that I just bought this yesterday and have bought several things from you, why would I try to scam you? I can tell he's thinking of some nonsense to say to get out of paying me so he rambles on about how I'm scamming him but says he will give me my money back, but I'm banned from the store. I don't really care at this point because I just dug around and didn't find anything worth buying.
He asks me how much I paid and I say $35 (was $38) so he takes 3 singles and a $10 bill back from the pile on the counter, I was confused about the whole situation and didn't notice that he shorted me $10. He says "I don't want you back in here, I don't want to deal with someone I can't trust.". So I say "Well maybe you shouldn't sell broken shit to me.". So I leave and get to the car and realize I have a $20 and $5 bill and go back in to get my $10. He acts like I'm trying to cheat him and probably realizes I'm just going to call the police and gives me my $10 and tells me to never come back so I say "Yeah, whatever." and leave.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Pick Ups from yesterday. Usual pawnshop run. Spent $16
Another Jampak for the demo collection.

Resident Evil Zero is in great shape aside from one minor detail it's missing disc 1
. It did however have an Action Replay disc in the case so I went ahead and nabbed it for $3.

Replacing my disc only copy
just picked up XX for the 360 a while back.

Heard that hte animate Riddick movie is pretty crappy but thought I would give it a shot for $1. Already watched Battle Royal on netflix but thought it was well worth picking up a physical copy
. They also had some Mars Day Break anime but sadly it wasn't a complete set so I passed it up.

I found this earlier today.

Nice! Is the Game Cube Action Replay the older Code Entry version? You'll know because it requires a certain file saved on any Gamecube Memory Card to boot up. If the new version, there is an Import loader and hidden SD (Gecko Card needed) booter inside.Fragems wrote:Resident Evil Zero is in great shape aside from one minor detail it's missing disc 1. Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
It's the older version was a little worried that it wouldn't work since it didn't even read as a gamecube disc at first, but luckily I have the Game Cube attachment for my JFJ Easy Pro. Resurfaced it and it works great
.
Has a nice selection of codes the best of which in my opinion is the unlock all NES games on Animal Cross
. Plus with the free loader option I can play imports now
. Glad I picked it up well worth the $3 I paid
