20 million?! How amazing would it be if a Kardashian made it into the history books by determining the outcome of a conflict like this? For generations, Syrian children would read about Kim Kardashian in their history textbooks.Pulsar_t wrote:That Kardashian slut is about to recruit 20 million idiots into fighting the civil war in Syria. She should lead the charge herself in a pink M1 Abrams while Chloe Kardashian drops smart bombs onto Assad controlled territory. Freedom!

Why is she just now discovering her ethnicity?
Re: So the whole world is kind of falling apart...
Must have come to her whilst she was staring at her enlarged butt in the mirror. Such a dweeb fails at the process of thinking, instead her existence as a glamourised meatbag for the millions of idiots to drool over is what empowers her to pollute the world with her crap.SirGawain wrote:Why is she just now discovering her ethnicity?

This BBC programme tackles this hashtag debacle from various perspectives.
In other news, it's been 20 years since the genocide in Rwanda. What a colossal fuckup that was.

Re: Ukraine Crisis
They have seized the government buildings. Basically the police doesn't want to push them back violently, probably because they don't want to become as bad as their previous government, or putin, and they are waiting for them to leave.Adam wrote:Several Ukrainian cities have fallen to the Russian sympathisers. The Russian army is preparing for an invasion of the Ukrainian mainland. The Ukrainian army has vowed to fight back this time to defend their homeland.

Besides there isn't as big a Russian population in those cities as in Crimea (Russian and Russian speaking are 2 different things, by the way.)

I call bull. Heightened military activity ≠ war.. Doesn't make it any less distressing though. I'd like to think that Scandinavia generally has nailed down the formula for balanced social welfare and growth for at least a few more generations ahead. To have to allocate more to the military budget in face of Russian harassment is not very productive to the general population. Shame on Mr. Putin

Not bull. Putin's chief economic adviser from 2000 to 2005, Andrej Illarionov, says Putin is ultimately after Finland.Pulsar_t wrote:I call bull. Heightened military activity ≠ war..
