Haven't been watching the new shows that came out over the past few months and just noticed Magi's second season finally showed up

. Glad to see I have 22 episodes to marathon as well really like the first season, but didn't care much for how it ended.

I think I've heard Magi is kind of Fairy Tail-esque?

I'd say its quite a bit darker than Fairy Tail. The show takes a lot of inspiration from Arabian Nights so the settings pretty different as well. The characters do have the same kind of vibe as fairy tail when they are goofing off, but the show gets very serious at times.

This is a pretty decent review of the show, but it mainly sticks to the first episode. The show actually got better as it went on.

So...I just started Puella Magi Madoka Magica. This show makes me uneasy—like I just keep waiting for something fucking awful to happen (besides any awful things that may have already happened up thru ep. 4). It's gorgeous, though.

Hajime no Ippo is so god damn good. I just finished the fight with the black guy.

I knew things would go South in dokes long before I watched it, too. Maybe it would've been more exciting if I hadn't.

It was actually one of the very first anime things I had ever watched not counting the shows on Toonami. I randomly came across it one day on a movie channel and loved it.

I'm caught up with the third season. Yeah, it's consistently godly. One of the funniest shows I've watched too. Aoki gets so good overtime, haha.
