:( It was priced $99.99; so, I passed on it...

This really gets my gerbil on the wheel. Sell? Not to sell?

Not sure what the correct emotion is for this:

Today a coworker found that our predecessors had decided it was a good pattern to store raw Java code, complete with comments and tab formatting, inside our database so it can be retrieved and compiled on the fly.

:) : Noticed my tax return was deposited when I was checking my account at an ATM earlier.

:) : Found a really nice copy of Fatal Frame for $3 at the pawns and got a nice lot of PSP stuff I bought off eBay the other day in the mail :).

Last night in Florida.

Got everything squared away over at Disney World, and it only took us 2 hours to pack up the U-Haul. At one point I found my Freddy Krueger glove and showed it to my youngest niece and she was all like "Mmmkay that's nice" and didn't flip out like her older sister did when I showed her the glove.

Gotta get up early for a 15-hour car ride back to the Outer Banks, where the temperature is in the low 30s (while in Florida it's currently 54 degrees).

Last night I got Chik-Fil-A since they do cast member discounts (select meal deals are buy one get one free) and that was the last night I'd be able to do it. Also got a six-inch sub from Subway (they also do cast member discounts), which was a toasted Italian herbs and cheese bread with turkey, bacon, American cheese, and provolone cheese with creamy sriracha.

So tired right now and my stomach's kinda upset right now.

See you guys again in North Carolina.

While celebrating our anniversary, my wife and I went on an Art Walk in Uptown Greenville, ever the cultured ones ;) Probably not a big surprise to those that know me, but a third grader had my favorite works. Little duder had his own gallery. And yeah, he's just following lessons, but it says something that after hours of viewing pieces of art that a young kid grabbed my eye and attention.

@ Repo. Good luck man! Life is 10% what's thrown at you & 90% how you react to it.

@ Luke, Happy Anniversary man. How long has she been putting up with you ;) my wife & I are nearing 4 years. Crazy. She needs a holiday named after her ;)

Thanks. We met in 1997, I think, and tied the knot five years ago.

We dated forever, but something was always in the way..."We'll get married after college...We'll get married after graduate school...We'll get married after I have my career in line..We'll get married after I have X in savings..."

Finally I took the plunge, and I'm glad I did. I'm not the kind of guy who "just does stuff" but the adage is right, "If you wait for a perfect time, it will never happen". Same with buying a house, having/adopting/fostering a kid, telling a long time friend to screw off...etc.

Not a knee jerk reaction kind of fellow, but your heart speaks volumes. I'd be one sad sack without my wife, and I wish I would have pulled the trigger earlier. Well, kind of. It was nice to have friends at the wedding who had jobs and weren't goof balls (aka could afford nice gifts).

Speaking of gifts, I recently talked to a great pal of mine who still thanks me for the gift I got him at my wedding, a jump drive. Each of the guys who stood up at my wedding got a customized jump drive full of pictures of us together and all our favorite music. And I'm talking about dozens of albums and hundreds of pictures.

I have a drawer full of lame ties and cufflinks that I've received for standing up at a wedding, so i thought it would be best to give my Groomsmen something for them, and not for the wedding. I also made sure their tuxedo rental was on the cheap, which is the best gift of all.

That kid has the knack. I'd like to see his other drawings of bosses from Sol-Feace.

Glad you had a great anniversary with your wife. We also like to go to art fairs when they're up and around. I like to think I'd be able to follow in your footsteps in terms of being a good husband. You sure set a good example!

Nice Luke! She's been keeping you out of trouble for a while ;) seems very similar to myself & Mrs Jagosaurus. We met in 2000 & got married in 2010.

LOL @ Sol Feace boss. Great game. I might actually like the Genesis (Sol Deace) music more.
