So dragging a few zombies around lets you walk unnoticed in a herd? Is that how it works? Not bashing the show, i just don't how she can do that.
The zombies help "mask her smell".

Rick yelling "Carl!" never gets old.

I remember in the beginning they basically bathed in their guts to mask it. So cutting a few limbs off has the same effect?

I guess that's what they'd like us to think. I mean, it is a show about zombies and a guy who always holds his pistol at a 45 degree angle but for some reason hits about every single one of his targets.

Speaking of, Carl wouldn't have been able to hit the backside of a barn from the distance he was shooting from.

Question; When the governor had all those floating zombie heads, were the heads still "alive"? It seemed like when Michonne killed a dozen zombies by decapitation they all died. No talking dead heads. So what was with Herschel Head?

And The Talking Dead has to be one of the worst shows on television, no? There is no format or flow to the show. A bunch of incoherent people talking about nothing for no reason.

Yeah i don't want to be "that guy" that rips a show you need to suspend reality for. So her smell is masked by the 2 walkers, she decapitates that women, so her covers blown? Her smell is still masked and its not like they figured out they were duped.

i never watched the talking dead. Just a few minutes of it running over on my dvr. Which is the only way to watch with all the commercials.

Not the most exciting episode to start the back half of this season, but necessary if they are committed to following the comic now, as this episode pretty much followed almost page for page the issue following the fall of the prison in the books. Scott Gimple seems to have a hard on for the comics and we'll probably see the rest of the season follow them

What's so terrible about Talking Dead? It's your basic interview show, no different than any late night show other than that it focuses on one specific subject for the whole show. I love the variety of guests they get from all walks of life, really emphasizes how far reaching the show's popularity is. Chris Hardwick is something of a god in the nerd community too, so him getting a show like this was no surprise to me. He knows a lot of people and a lot of nerds love him. I think the way he acts sometimes is pretty ridiculous and he tries way too hard to be nerdy, but I also find him to be a very nice guy from everything I've seen and heard of him so I cut him a lot of slack in terms of criticism. I've discovered some awesome stuff through his podcast and the nerdist website too.

I had some moments last night too where I was finding it hard to suspend my disbelief, but the zombie genre in general is pretty ridiculous if you think too hard about it, so I try to just go with the flow. The Returned is a nice alternative if you want a show dealing with the dead come to life in a more realistic way. Or go watch something like American Horror Story Coven and be amazed by how realistic The Walking Dead seems by comparison LOL.

As for the zombie head question, I would imagine after she's gone some of those heads probably "woke up". It's stupid, but so are most things in zombie fiction

Me: "There is no format or flow to the show. A bunch of incoherent people talking about nothing for no reason"

It's basically *in my best qvc salesman impression* "Hey dudes! Wasn't that the best episode yet of the Walking Dead? Yeah! Here's some people who may or not have a role in the show, so we'll spend some time talking about whatever they want to talk about followed with clips of the show that you just watched".

Maybe zombie heads are different from human heads. Heck if I know.

Is chris hardwick known for something? I'm not familar with the nerd community. Retro video gaming is my only nerd hobby, lol.

He was active on G4 for a while before it went south, and he created a website and podcast called the Nerdist, which is pretty big in some circles.

I wasn't too impressed with the episode, but it was one that pretty much had to be done. I did like the whole thing with the zombie in the bar and the note. It was a nice little side story that gave just enough info to give the idea while not taking away from the total story.

Thanks. I haven't had g4 in years, direct tv.

Problems is they'll drag on every characters side story the next few episodes. A slow build like every season. I'd quit watching but i already have to much time invested on this show. I'm a victim of the game, lol.
