What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

BEFORE MIDNIGHT will be watched again sometime today, and tomorrow I'm screening RAID 2, which I'm already all kinds of excited about. RAID: THE REDEMPTION was spectacular, so I can't wait to see how they plan on stepping it up a notch.

C+. Could have been done better. Even old Schwartz gunning down baddies with an M60 didn't feel that exhilarating.

Watched Robocop last night with the lady, who wanted to see it before the new one comes out.

Still awesome.

One of my all-time favorites. The new one has some big expectations to live up to.

Any one was old enough when this was released? How was it viewed by the public? Was it seen as a cheesy sci-fi or a something cutting edge technology of the near future ?

It really got me when I saw the girl fighting with the hammers. That sold me on seeing the movie.

Oh, I was a lil' knee high scrapper when ROBOCOP was first released on the VHS format. Almost any place that rented the tape had card board cut outs and other marketing material.

ROBOCOP was received and viewed as a one of a kind over the top violent adrenaline inducing movie that included genius twists of comedy.
