Found out this morning that the project I am on was cancelled. Not worried about my job, but I will probably have to move to a further office again after coming back to the closer one for just a few months.

... Houston traffic. My new job will be about a 45 min commute taking the toll road. I drive about 20 now. Worth it for the change... I'll catch up on my podcast backlog lol

Think I "threw my back out." Probably from repeatedly lifting my daughter and carrying her around all day. I'm in a lot of pain.

My parents are stopping by tomorrow "for lunch and dinner." They invited themselves.

Gotcha. Thatll be nice. I think I had yours & Hobbie's area of employment mixed up. IIRC, he works over by my house.

I'll be commuting in to near 610 & 290. Luckily most of the drive is 249 & SH Tollway. The drive can be 30 minutes or an hour depending on traffic lol. Luckily I'm an early bird so I'll beat the rat race in the morning.

Ouch, man, sorry to hear this. Back pain ain't no fun at all and can be quite debilitating.

Oh and she just shredded a bunch of medical journals that my wife had left lying on the floor. Hopefully they weren't important.
