Do all Nintendo DS original games work with DS Lite

I heard that some games for the original DS are bigger and won't go into the DS lite. Which games are these? And when I purchase a game how can I tell what it is for?

All original DS games work on the DS Lite. All GBA games should work on the DS Lite. The only difference is that they stick out on the DS Lite, while they are flush on the DS. No GB or GBC games can play on either DS.

Unless you have a flash cart, in which case emulation is pretty good except for the highest end GBC titles like Shantae. The ones that wield Super Gameboy borders will even display on the DS, though slightly cropped.

The real disparity will come when the DSi is made available internationally. But I suspect the DSi exclusive library will either be small or include b/c with the DS/DSLite, but this is speculation on my part since I've not been up to date concerning the DSi.

I love me some Goomba Color. Although, the last time I used it I was having some graphical issues with Dragon Warrior 3. It's been a while since I updated versions though.

Goomba Color is for GBA. Look up lameboy_ds_011.zip
