Should be on around 3pm est if nothing pops up.

Took the dragon on solo last night that was intense :P.

On a side note :P I started leveling up my MAG last night and I was wondering how to use the photon burst it acquired. Do I have to assign it to one of my attack slots?

In the DC version, when the gauge is full the photon blast is automatically assigned to the A button of your second action palette.

If I remember correctly, what you feed it and what it morphs into determines what Photon Blasts you'll eventually get. Various things like blocking or getting hit will fill a circularish gauge next to your name. When that fills up, it's like a "Limit Break". You cast it by holding (I believe) CTRL on Blue Burst and hitting the corresponding binding key arrow for attacks.

Looks like I hopped on when everyone was done playing. I'll hang around in the game for a little bit longer if anyone is around.

Up to lvl 14 now. Loving this new Drain Rifle I found no more need for health pots.

Also thought the MAG was supposed to evolve at lvl 20 or 30 but mine hasn't :P.

good man! I felt like a champ when I did that on DC.

The boss on the raft however, I don't dare even try on my own. That guy is a jerk.

Don't think I'll be able to join any partys until next weekend, so I might spend this week working through some sidequests and suchlike to level up.

I want to try and do all the main missions in multiplayer. I've beaten up to 2-2 so far.

There's two ways to beat him. You can either kill the head which has a lot of HP or if you have multi-target weapons you can do a smaller amount of damage to at least three of his segments. I'd recommend going after the segments with a shot as a ranger or a sword as a hunter. Slicer might be okay as well.

Alternatively do heavy DPS to his head with daggers or a mechgun.

Drain/Fill/Gush special is great on casts. The 12 star rare mech gun Guld Milla is especially as wonderful as it is beautiful.

Also your mag will evolve again at 35, so almost there!
