I don't think enjoying sex should be portrayed as "degrading" or "sick." Unless we're talking rape or something.
For the record, I have no idea if this is actually the goal of Nymphomaniac, because I haven't seen it. But judging from what I saw in that trailer, I don't think there's any way this movie will have a positive view of the lead's problem.
