The only cheap beer I enjoy is from Trader Joe's. Sam Adams is about the most mainstream thing I like. I'm no snob (because I don't like that hoppy stuff the hipsters love), but I am choosey. Tonight was Bell's Expedition Stout.

After becoming used to Guinness and Newcastle as my standard beers, I can't believe how utterly crap stuff like Coors Light and Bud Light Platinum taste. Newcastle is no premium beer, I know, but at least you can tell what it's supposed to be.
