I'm definitely glad most places around here don't allow smoking indoors anymore. I don't miss it at all. It still feels like non-smokers like myself are the minority though, but yeah. It's definitely different than how things were 10-20 years ago.

Kansas. I forget if it's a state thing or not, but smoking indoors is practically non-existent around here nowadays. Though I think some bars and concerts still allow it.

Grew up around it a lot though, with smoking sections in every restaurant, military base homes and people didn't care at all about smoking in their homes when I was a kid.

I've been through two jobs that cut it too, banning it from their property and pulling outside trays. Naturally, people just get in their cars and drive off or walk across the street to smoke.


Heck I don't even think most cars have dedicated "ash trays" anymore, or they're labeled "coin trays"...

There's nothing like going to a concert in closed out area and raising your hands up in the air to some epic music, while you smell all the smoke from weed in the air

It's all around the country. You can smoke in bars but they have to get a permit. It can be both lengthy and expensive. So most people just don't get one. As well as the fact that it's a major turn off to people.

Maybe you should stop asking for advice and then complaining when you get it. And, why are you getting pissy that I said that a addicting/habit forming thing like smoking, which is bad for you, is something you should never do?

The asking for advice and then getting pissed thing is a problem I've always had, I don't ever think about it until someone points it out, then I just feel like an ass and quit talking to them. It has caused a large amount of the fights I've had with my parents.

And we're talking electronic cigarettes here, which are nothing in comparison to regular smoking. Or dipping. Or chewing.

I may not have worded it correctly, but I was asking more for advice on good E-cigarettes rather than whether or not I should start.

My advice is don't get an "E-cigarette" or whatever the hell they're called if you want to smoke, just buy a pack of actual smokes (preferably Marlboros). E-cigarettes taste like crap and do not give the same feeling of smoking a cigarette at all. Also they are an experimental product right now so who knows what you're inhaling, could be even worse than real cigarettes for all you know. At least with real cigarettes you know what delicious and cancer inducing chemicals you're smoking.

It is still a terrible habit that will cost you a shitload of money.

At least with real cigarettes you know what delicious have an even bigger cornucopia of chamicals and cancer inducing chemicals that companies have been lyign about forever you're smoking.
