Saturn Mission Stick to USB?

As I don't have a computer joystick these days I was wondering if anyone ever tried a Saturn to USB adapter for ths mission stick? I'm curious if it would be detected as a joystick and if you could map the buttons correctly to a PC.

So is the Mission Stick actually pretty good?
I've never had one.
I have a Magic Box converter -- I would imagine it would work. Have you heard otherwise?
