I don't think this is an amazing deal but the PSN price is $30 and to have a physical copy seems more worth it to me since I can sell/trade it for something else later.

AC 3 is actually a pretty solid fighter, I would take it over some others. It may seem shallow, but it's quite good. Not a bad price either.

That's the exact reason so many people hate PSN and XBL for games. For example, there selling uncharted 3 for somewhere around $40-$60! I can pick up a new copy for $20>.

If you have PSN+, Uncharted 3 is free. PSN+ is worth it.
