How do i stop being emailed everytime someone posts a message in a topic I post on from this board. I get them all the time I need to change that, but not sure how. Anyone help?

unsubscribe from threads. It's in User Control Panel.

Or even more specifically, Manage Subscriptions

There's also an option "Automatically subscribe to threads I respond to" that you'll want to turn off.
