This. One of my favorite athletes and one of the few I was convinced wasn't doping.
"Gay wouldn't reveal the substance in a phone conversation from Amsterdam on Sunday"
I'm guessing weed isn't counted as a PED (unless in competitive eating).

Sad thing is you can get busted for weed - in both track & field and other pro sports I believe.

I don't find that sad one bit. A banned or illegal substance is just that.BoneSnapDeez wrote:Sad thing is you can get busted for weed - in both track & field and other pro sports I believe.
Love hearing stories of nice people being nice.Jmustang1968 wrote:they couple who were sitting off to our right delivered it to my door just a few minutes ago.
Not being able to find my wallet puts me in a tizzy, and it is always my own fault for not always putting it on the right hand side of my undie drawer. Sometimes I'll come home from a rough day, kick off my shoes and place my belt and wallet in them, and other times I'll place my wallet on the top of my game room fridge.
I always find it, but that few seconds of "Did I lose my wallet?" sends me in a searching frenzy. I panic.

Nice! I've had that happen to me except I lost mine biking and retraced my path through the city with no luck only to get back to my house and find my wallet in the mailbox with a note saying it was found about 6 blocks from my place.Jmustang1968 wrote:lost my wallet at the theatre last night. Was in a very bad mood as I had about $50 in cash, my debit and credit cards, my ss card (which reminded me to take it out), and my DL which is a pain to get replaced.

Such a great feeling.

A part of me feels we should just let athletes juice up as much as they want. But you don't get to juice until you're a professional athlete; college and high school still needs to stay clean.Luke wrote:I don't find that sad one bit. My dad gave me his car today, a garaged, 64k mile, built up 1991 300zx Z32 2+2. Apparently it's been his plan all along. I nearly had a heart attack. I'm so incredibly grateful. There's no way I deserve this car at all. It seems so surreal. But it's mine now.

If I'm not mistaken, single pane windows can get an infrared treatment that blocks out all heat. Might want to look into that.

Well, my family is moving out of here by the end of the year and I'm only here for another month so it's not a huge deal. It only ever really presents a problem when it's been as hot as it has been lately. It's been a hell of a Summer so far.Luke wrote:RyaNtheSlayA wrote:It's so hot out.
