Not knowing line of sight at times was annoying. I didnt really experience any bugs I was aware of.

The annoying not knowing what is through the door and suddenly sacrificing a guy to get splattered sucks at times.

The annoying bug for me was the later UFOs have camera problems with mouse control, due to the adaptive camera. I'd end up finding it hard to be able to select the precise square I'd want my squadmate to go to.

With the various levels? I fought with that for a bit at first, but got it down.

Yeah, there was one UFO in particular, at one particular point where you transitioned to a point where you no longer had roof access, where it would always freak out. So I would end up just using my snipers to take up positions and send people forward to get out of that bad spot, and I had my snipers available in case killing needed to be done.

I just started this game yesterday. So far I am enjoying it. No bugs, but I know what you guys mean about not knowing the line-of-sight.

Late game line of sight gets solved with flying suits and snipers. All the rest of your members turn into scouts for the snipers or close range fighters/explosive experts who don't give a damn about line of sight.

right so I had popped it in just to 'see how it was' last night and ended up playing for two and a half hours. I really think they did a great job on this one, and it totally has that compelling "just one more mission" feel to it that I love about a good tactics game.

The first, but not the last. I remember in the playthrough where I finally beat Ironman Classic I lost my entire squad except for a rookie sniper on a UFO mission, including two Colonels. I had to rebuild my squad from scratch.
