I'm not a neat freak. I had hemmies. That's why I made some life changes like not using coarse toilet paper, squatting when I take a shit, eating more spicy food with capsaicin that regulates blood pressure...

Some people might think it's weird or stupid, but at least my ass doesn't hurt anymore and I can sit properly without dying of pain. So I really couldn't care less what people think of it. Sitting on a toilet is much weirder and less natural than squatting anyway...

Loosing the underwear had nothing to do with that though. That's just because I started questioning its use. That, plus the fact that it fucks up your built-in cooling system...

I don't know about you, but when I eat habanero or ghost pepper salsa my asshole doesn't thank me for it later!

Seriously though, I do seem to recall hearing that spicy foods are good for your digestive system.

Dood, don't remind me. My stepmom and brothers always got kicks out of daring each other to do things. At one point I ate a giant habanero for five bucks. That just so happened to be the hottest habanero that I had ever eaten. My stomach hated me instantly, and I missed school the next day due to missing the bus because I couldn't leave the bathroom... Every time I visit my dad that story gets brought up.

Spicy food is great for you digestive tract actually. Another thing thing that is counter intuitive is that spicy food on a hot day actually cools you down.

Spicy Chili in July sounds like a bad idea, but capsaicin (what's measured in Scoville units) will make you break a sweat, which leads to your body cooling itself off.

Does anyone else do Jordan's (yes, Jordan did it wayyyy before LeBron) "talcum powder clap" when making pizza dough or anything involving flour? Makes a bit of a mess, but said mess is easily cleaned with a dry paper towel.

Always wanted to try Mad Dog 357. It's name comes from the fact that its scoville rating is 357,000.

Apparently it's the hottest sauce you can get that's still technically a sauce.

Ghost pepper salsa might just be a little overkill...
