RPG Super Teams!

If you could pick any combination of three characters from any bonafide RPG (adventure games like Zelda and Metroid don't count, not trying to recreate a Super Smash Bros-type thing, though that would be cool also) who would you choose as part of your team? Anything goes, from heros to villains. I think it would be really cool to see an X-Slash with Frog and Cloud, and then a good old-fashioned Nibelung Valesti come crashing into the middle of it from Lenneth
