I have tons of games I haven't gone through. I'm going through them one by one.

So after seeing Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, I decided to seek out "similar" games. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of games like this Pre-Vita. So far I tracked down the following list.

I'm wondering how many games are like this, and how far do they try to push it? Obviously censorship is a big thing in Japan, but they seem to be much more lenient when it comes to sexual content in video games.

Perhaps they are more "lenient" as concerns underage-looking cartoon characters posing provocatively, but there are plenty of well received and popular western developed games from the past decade that do much more with sex or sexuality than most of what I've seen from Japan. God of War is an obvious example, as is stuff like the Mass Effect series, Heavy Rain, Dragon Age series, The Witcher series, etc. I recently played Metro: Last Light, for example, which had a topless lapdance.

I thought the devs for Metro were Eastern European or Russian.

Not saying this changes your argument, I just am not sure we can simply label things Japanese and Western anymore beyond the RPG label.

True, but it's not a part of the core game play. Games like "Queen's Gate" are a pure fan service so people can see their favorite female characters from other IPs get covered in various "white substances" or pee on themselves (yeah, right?). You don't see many games over here where the goal is to touch a "girl" in certain areas to get her excited, or have her pose so you can take up-skirt pictures. At least not in any titles released for major consoles.
Perhaps I used the wrong term or wording. Our cultures are different, and I find it interested what each cultures find acceptable. We don't mind full on nudity or suggestive themes, but the second it becomes a mini-game it becomes a problem. The only reason I think God of War got away with it was because the camera cut away and all you saw was a bouncing vase (much like the rocking car in GTA).
