More Prime 3:
I restored the AU on Elysia with the plasma beam. I seem to need to build something to take out the sheild on the planet. Unfortunately, that's all I was told, along with the fact that the items I need are probably on previous planets. That's all well and good, but I can't find the damn things. I stumbled across a ton of missile expansions whilst looking around (even a couple for my ship) and I picked up the Screw Attack too. I seem to be looking for some sort of item to transport stuff with my ship and some sort of cluster bomb or missile (power bomb maybe?) to take out multiple locks on doors at once. Nothing so far though.
I also unlocked the GFS Valhalla to look around, but I seem to need power cells to progress. I'd already stumbled across one previously, and I found one on the Valhalla itself, but I seem to need one more to get further into the ship. I guess this is the games fetch quest, earlier than expected! A scan told me the next power cell was on Norion, but the only room I haven't explored on that planet is behind one of those multi-lock doors.
Back to searching for power ups I guess! Gonna go back to Elysia with the Screw Attack tomorrow and see what I can find.
As for Loco Roco, I'm at stage 4-1. I've unlocked the Yellow, Pink, Blue, Red and Black Locos, but I'm not that keen on some of them (they change the voices to the music). The game is honestly a bit repetitive. I'm not sure what they could've done to it to make the 2nd and 3rd games worth getting, it'd need a complete gameplay overhaul to justify it to me. Not that it's bad, it's just a bit tedious in long bursts. Fun for a few levels at a time though.

Grats, noise. I hope you've learned to never underestimate a Final Fantasy final boss' ability to kick your ass.noiseredux wrote:http://www.rfgeneration.com/blogs/noise ... n-2542.php
I wasn't aware that FF III had a PSP port, though. Did I miss something?

By the way, Cloud of Darkness gave me serious fits. Unless they fiddled with the save feature in the PSP version, there's no saving from the entrance of the final dungeon to the end credits, and the gauntlet the game runs you through is no joke. I'd recommend skipping straight to IV, even though III is one of my favorites.

Yeah I want the PSP FFIII..... Looks so cool. Can't find it for cheap tho - funny how Japanese retro games are so cheap but Japanese current gen games are pricey as hell (for Americans).
Re: Summer Game Challenge 2013 - Begin when ready!
It's about $32 new on amazon.jp. Dare I ask what importers are asking for it?
