Correct.

To get a physical copy now you'll have to buy from a re-seller.

Not to worry noise, these guys are apparently the only online store authorized to sell physical copies of the game. They obviously don't have many copies, but are still taking pre-orders.

Got it.

I'm mostly just excited for the physical copy though.

I'll be playing the digital version and keeping the physical copy sealed on my shelf. I don't see much reason to open it up, since the game and manual are downloadable.

Played it for a few minutes. I like the variety of classes! Six characters too! The interface isn't very intuitive so far, but we'll figure it out. Looking forward to explore what the dungeons have to offer. There's alchemy too. Hope I don't have to spend too long hunting for ingredients.

The UMD version is on track again. Looks like it will include some small, but helpful, improvements.
The UMD was pulled from production last month when some of the digital users found a problem with the Alchemy Recipe system that caused the wrong recipes to be unlocked. It did not affect the ability of players to complete the game, but it was annoying and affected about 200 or more recipes. Rather than deliver a UMD game we knew was buggy, we pulled it, fixed the Alchemy Recipe bug and a number of other bugs reported by players of the digital version, retested the game, and remade the master UMD image. The new build also adds a pointer to the mini-map screen showing which way your character is facing, a common fan request we were able to squeeze in to the fix.
That pointer on the mini-map sounds awesome.

That sounds awesome. Kinda wish more games would do that. Give people the ability to buy in early for a discount, play a digital version of the game and report on common bugs and other little issues. Then have the full physical release with most or all of the problems fixed.
