Don't load her up too much. I've been to Japan twice, and while I enjoyed shopping game stores, if I didn't, I would've wanted to take as little time away from everything else as possible.

I don't know if you're aware, but you're looking at some serious expense for a lot of what's on your list. Especially if your sister doesn't know where to look / have time to spend shopping around / have extreme fortune.

Also, what area(s) of Japan is she visiting?

I'm not expecting to get everything on the list, just asking her to check if they have those games and what they're going for. If a game can be had for significantly less than what japanese vendors in eBay are asking for, then it's a nobrainer.

She's been to Japan twice and somewhat knows the language so she's not a complete rookie. I don't know where exactly she's going, but she'll visit Tokyo.
My WTB thread (Sega CD/Saturn games)
Also looking to buy: Ys III (TG-16 CD), Shadowrun (Genesis) Hori N64 mini pad and Slayer (3DO) in long box/just the long box
