I was cruising through the game in Arcade mode with no deaths - had 3 or 4 lives stocked up - and then hit (for the first time) the level 4 boss who uses a mean, mean trick that absolutely destroyed me. That part is going to be tough.

You just took the words right out of my mouth.

Edit: Well I got past level 4 and ended with:

1,935,244 - bryan_65 - level 5

no it's cool, I just didn't wanna spoil it before you guys had copies. I love the soccer ball at the bottom of the ocean too. So much weird little details.

Also, remember guys there's an online leaderboard at Duranik if you make note of the code they give you with your score.

OK, after looking at the leader boards for a bit. It seems people are abusing the system somehow to get there names on more than once, how are they doing this is the fualt in the leader board design?

Will it keep your old score each time you update with the web code, if so I think that is a bad design. Who wants to see only a few names on a top 50. a few people have 5 or more spots on the list.

yeah I think it keeps every score you submit. Which does suck.

Forgot to post that I got my copy the other day. Life has finally calmed down a bit, so I'm going to finish up Half-Life this week and then give it a go. Can't wait.

Are you getting there from Stage 1 each time, or continuing where you last died?

Question for anyone else who got their copy - have you seen any of the bombs around? I seriously have never seen one, so end up with only one bomb per credit it seems. Very weird, I must be missing something. Maybe the bomb is something I think is a bullet and am avoiding?

I see them regularly in both modes. Same with one-ups (by "regularly" I mean once every 3 stage or so)

Also, I think mjmjr25 will think the stages are too long for his liking...

I seriously only played Arcade Mode for a day or so, and then decided to move to Normal until others had the game. So I wasn't making it too far in Arcade.

I've seen 1Up's plenty, but still have not seen a bomb. I'm assuming I'm mistaking bombs for a bullet or something and avoiding it?
