For me, none of them. We have two HTPCs in our home. I currently have a WiiU and I can see myself getting the other two consoles at some point.

We still don't even have all the details about the PS4 and Xbox One. It's hard to say. By default I'd say the PS4 is more likely to get exclusives that I will enjoy. But I could end up getting both. For now I'll say that I am MORE likely to get a PS4. At least at first.
I already have a Wii U and currently own zero games for it. But I am looking forward to The Wonderful 101 and Wind Waker HD. Also looking forward to Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem.

None of the above. I would like some way to set everything up and make it easier, but I'd want it for all my consoles, for sound, for TV, for internet, etc. I do not want one console to rule them all. Get that Sauron shit out of here.

I have an HTPC (well, currently, a Mac Mini) that usually handles streaming and local file playback. I don't have cable, don't tend to try to watch over the air broadcasts.
I did buy my PS3 with Blu-ray in mind, and have continued to use it as my primary Blu-ray and DVD player in the living room.
If/when I look at the new machines, I'll probably be considering Blu-ray playback at least as something that it'll handle. While the sports partnerships don't interest me, it's conceivable that MS or Sony might get content partners that are compelling. I have no problem paying a few bucks a month for Netflix and Hulu, and if PS+ or Live can offer me premium cable channel streams or something for a similar cost (that I can't get otherwise), then I might opt for it.

I would like to own my living room, thank you. This isn't some Skynet situation here, I'm the maker of my destiny!

well I keep a ps3 and the wii u in office to actually play more. but at this point i'm only interested in the ps4. from what I've seen with the xbox one I don't plan to pick one up at launch.

The oXbox with XBMC still makes for a fantastic media center; better than the 360, and likely still better than the Xbone.Damm64 wrote:Can i pick the gamecube, ps2 and oxbox?

Even when I do eventually buy both a Wii U, and a PS4 - I'll probably still use my laptop (w/ HDMI cable) as my main entertainment hub.
